REFILLO Canada provides bottled water delivery services, including:

• 5 Gallon / 18.9L bottled water delivery
• Recurring water delivery subscriptions
• Water cooler rentals
• Bottle exchange services
• Commercial water delivery solutions

Services are available across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders must be placed through our website or approved ordering channels.

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Customers agree that:

• Payment information provided is accurate
• They are authorized to use the selected payment method
• Orders may be charged immediately upon purchase

REFILLO Canada reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Delivery Policy

REFILLO Canada will make reasonable efforts to complete deliveries on requested dates; however, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery information
• Ensuring safe and accessible delivery conditions
• Leaving empty bottles available during exchange deliveries

If no one is available during delivery, products may be left at a secure location at the delivery address.

REFILLO Canada is not responsible for products after delivery has been completed.

4. Bottle Exchange System

REFILLO Canada operates using a reusable bottle exchange system.

Customers receiving refill deliveries are expected to:

• Return empty bottles
• Keep bottles in reusable condition
• Avoid damage or misuse

Additional charges may apply for:

• Lost bottles
• Cracked bottles
• Unreturned bottles
• Excessive damage

5. Bottle & Cooler Deposits

Some products and cooler rentals may require refundable deposits.

Bottle Deposits

Bottle deposits are refundable when bottles are returned in reusable condition.

Cooler Deposits

Cooler deposits are refundable once rental equipment is returned in acceptable working condition.

REFILLO Canada reserves the right to withhold partial or full deposits for damaged or missing equipment.

6. Subscription Services

Recurring subscription options may include:

• Weekly delivery
• Bi-weekly delivery
• Monthly delivery

Customers may pause, modify, or cancel subscriptions at any time.

Subscription changes or cancellations should be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of bottled water products, returns are generally not accepted after delivery.

Refunds or replacements may be considered for:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect orders
• Defective coolers

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

REFILLO Canada is not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Delayed deliveries caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order or service.

9. Privacy

By using our services, customers consent to the collection and use of personal information necessary for order fulfillment and customer support.
