REFILLO Canada provides bottled water delivery services, including 5-gallon / 18.9L bottled water, recurring water delivery subscriptions, cooler rentals, and related hydration products for residential and commercial customers across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding regions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders must be placed through our website, customer support channels, or authorized ordering methods.

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods available on our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The payment information provided is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • You agree to these Terms of Service

3. Delivery

REFILLO Canada currently delivers within Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge (KWC), and nearby service areas.

We make reasonable efforts to deliver on requested dates; however, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Ensuring safe and accessible delivery conditions

  • Leaving empty bottles available for exchange during refill deliveries

If no one is available during delivery, products may be left at a secure location at the delivery address.

REFILLO Canada is not responsible for loss, theft, weather damage, or product damage after delivery has been completed.

4. Subscriptions and Recurring Deliveries

Recurring delivery plans may include:

  • Weekly delivery

  • Bi-weekly delivery

  • Monthly delivery

Subscription billing and deliveries will follow the selected plan frequency.

Customers may pause, modify, or cancel subscriptions by contacting customer support or through their account settings.

Subscription changes may require up to 48 hours to process.

REFILLO Canada reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Bottle Deposits and Cooler Deposits

Reusable water bottles and rental coolers may require refundable deposits.

Bottle Deposits

  • A refundable deposit may apply to each bottle provided

  • Deposits are refunded when bottles are returned in acceptable reusable condition

Cooler Deposits

  • Water cooler rentals may require a refundable security deposit

  • Deposits are refunded upon return of the cooler in good working condition, subject to inspection

Lost, stolen, or damaged bottles/coolers may result in replacement charges.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of bottled water products, returns are generally not accepted.

Refunds or replacements may be considered for:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect deliveries

  • Defective coolers

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

REFILLO Canada reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, replacements, or service credits.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Handle reusable bottles and coolers responsibly

  • Return exchange bottles during refill deliveries

  • Maintain safe conditions for product use and storage

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding water consumption and equipment use

Customers may be charged for excessive bottle loss or cooler damage.

8. Limitation of Liability

REFILLO Canada is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to an order or service is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of customer information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms
