At REFILLO Canada, we offer flexible purchase and subscription options designed to make water delivery simple and convenient for our customers.

Please review our cancellation policy below regarding one-time purchases and recurring subscription deliveries.


1. One-Time Purchases

Customers may cancel one-time orders before the order has been processed for delivery.

Cancellation Eligibility

One-time orders may be cancelled:

  • Before dispatch

  • Before delivery routing begins

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellations and refunds may no longer be available.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact REFILLO Canada as soon as possible.


2. Subscription Deliveries

REFILLO Canada offers recurring water delivery plans including:

  • Weekly deliveries

  • Bi-weekly deliveries

  • Monthly deliveries

Customers may pause, skip, modify, or cancel subscriptions at any time.


3. Subscription Cancellation Notice

To avoid upcoming charges or deliveries, customers must submit cancellation requests at least:

48 Hours Before Scheduled Delivery

Requests received after this period may still be processed for the following billing cycle or delivery schedule.


4. Pausing or Skipping Deliveries

Customers may temporarily pause recurring deliveries for:

  • Vacation

  • Travel

  • Temporary reduced usage

  • Business closures

Pause requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.


5. Bottle & Cooler Returns After Cancellation

Upon subscription cancellation:

  • Empty reusable bottles should be returned

  • Rental coolers must be returned if applicable

Eligible refundable deposits will be processed after inspection.


6. Refundable Deposit Returns

Refundable bottle and cooler deposits may be returned when:

  • Bottles/coolers are returned in acceptable condition

  • No excessive damage is present

  • All rented equipment has been accounted for

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.


7. REFILLO Canada Rights

REFILLO Canada reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or suspend subscriptions for policy violations

  • Refuse service in cases of repeated failed deliveries

  • Adjust pricing or delivery schedules with reasonable notice
